    I’m not sure I’d send out review requests before people actually get their products

    I haven’t received a tracking number or the product itself to review.

We totally agree about the timing of review emails and have amended this setting (It was set up for domenstic delivery timings, not international, so thank you for alerting us to this). Unfortunately customer Tracking is not standard here in the UK and the cost of adding this is prohibitive.
